The rooms were neat, clean, well-equipped. They clean and change towels every day. You also get a free bottle of water (every day), tea, coffee. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. You can rent an umbrella at the hotel for 3 euros for 48 hours. Tram station is few minutes away. It took us a maximum of 15 minutes to get to the city center. The nearest metro station is under renovation, and the next one is a little over 10 minutes walk away. Underground garage with large parking spaces.

We loved our stay in Wellness Hotel Step. The hotel itself is really nice, relaxing ambiance and it's a perfect weekend getaway place to stay. Kids and family friendly and most importantly, we love that there is a lot of activities to do and to choose from in the sports and spa area. The breakfast selections and the facility is excellent. We are pretty much impressed, and to be honest, this hotel is the most nicest one we have ever stayed in around the Europe so far. The hotel service staff are excellent, when we ask for help or anything, they immediately come and do their job to help us and provide what we needed. The room is cozy and super clean. The food in the restaurant are so good, it's definitely worth the price. This place is 100% highly recommended.

The staff is excellent and super helpful, the hotel is silent so you get very good sleep and don't hear the other rooms noice. It's clean and nice, the breakfast is not something extraordinary but is delicious and nice. Overall is amazing.

This hotel deserves rating 100, but I can only give 10/10. The staff is extraordinary, rooms clean, the breakfaat amazing. Food in the restaurant below deserves Michelin star.. The price for its value is amazing... Receiving welcome drink voucher, free bottle of vine with personal note in the room, additional Prague tourist card and voucher of 20 eur for next stay... For sure this hotel will be the one and only on my Prague list forever.
