Amazing Stay at Iris Hotel Eden! Our stay at Iris Hotel Eden was absolutely fantastic, truly a 10/10 experience! We were so touched to receive a thoughtful birthday gift from the hotel - it made the celebration even more special. A huge thank you to Evgenii at the reception for his exceptional service. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel itself is wonderful, offering everything you could ask for. Excellent customer service .Staff are friendly, helpful and customer oriented. Location was good because metro station is near and getting from hotel to central city was easy. Breakfast was also very good. Room had everything we needed, amenities comfy bed and very clean. I like everything and perfect hotel to stay for couple.
