Communication with David at reception was excellent before arriving from overseas, as I had never visited Prague previously. Check in was easy and seamless. David was able to answer of my questions and value added , with recommendations of places to see, things to do and places to eat like locals do. Close to public transport Quiet room on top level Huge room and facilities were excellent including the refrigerator.

Lovely staff, especially the day time receptionist. Super helpful and very friendly. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight and they made sure we are as comfortable as possible. Even opened the bar earlier for us to try their beer 😊 We loved our room, spacious and very clean. Great location, amazing breakfast selection.

It was a pleasure to stay here. ❤️ The location is great, near the main attractions , clean and great breakfast. We want to also thank Marcela from reception, she is a lovely person who helped us a lot. They even prepared us a small package for breakfast in the last day as they changed our flight and we had to leave really early. I definitely recommend this place.

The location wae perfect for us. We traveled by train and the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the main nstation, it is also within walking distance to the old city and attractions in Prague. The hotel is clean and pleasant, nice and helpful staff and good breakfast, so it's highly recommended.
