Outstanding service. Italian restaurant food and service was amazing. They upgraded us as well which made the experience even better. The breakfast was outstanding as well.

Very helpful/kind resepstionists, who made sure we got separate bed as we asked for, (this was not easy to find other places in Cairo). Even got a free upgrade with good view and welcome snacks/fruits. The rooms are very clean.

The hotel is located in New Cairo City, about 18 minutes by car from the airport. The hotel is fully equipped with quiet surroundings, breakfast is free, lunch and dinner can be booked at your own expense. The staff was very warm, and I would like to thank Iraqi and Maryem especially for their help and for solving my problems. I'll stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Cairo.
