This hotel is very well run and organized in the respect, that everything is very well maintained and exceptional clean! Also, we found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional, we were very well taken care of within the hotel accommodations. Also, to be noted is that the hotel location is perfect for visiting the city, 1 can walk to the center of Alcala de Henares in less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Everything was great - clean, quiet, comfortable! Everyone was ready to help, they assisted us with a taxi, with renting an apartment, and buying a sim card - I cannot recommend them enough!

We liked the hotel concept. Very clean and discrete. We just used it as a stop on our way to MAD, but we were pleasantly surperised and enjoyed the facilities.
