you can’t find too many hotels like this one, with a king size bed and a hugo bathroom in the city center of Madrid, we enjoy the bath a lot. the location is good and the staff are very helpful, the swimming pool is heated, but we didn’t know. Will definitely consider to stay if we visit Madrid in the future.

This hotel was one of the best we have stayed in. The room was lovely with a great view of the restaurants below. It was a minute to Gran Via. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean. Anything we needed was dealt with immediately. There was a complimentary mini bar in the room. We went for my partner's 60th Birthday and on the evening of his Birthday we had a knock at the door and were given a small bottle of champagne and chocolates for him. It was a lovely touch. We had breakfast booked in their restaurant Cafe Varela there was a great choice it all seemed very fresh and the staff were all lovely. There was one lady there whose name I sadly did not get but every morning in the restaurant she greeted you with a great smile and a good morning. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel we had a fabulous stay there and would definitely stay there again if we return to Madrid.
