Friendly and helpful staff. Modern and pleasant decor. Comfortable and spacious room. Great location. Able to walk from Atocha train station and to all the central sights. Great breakfast. Very pleasant stay.

The hotel is elegant but not stuffy. The room was spacious and well laid out, with large windows overlooking the Atocha station and multiple roads that intersect there. There was great lighting in the room, which is unusual for hotels, including good reading lights by the head of the bed. There was a nice welcome plate of cheese and jamon, and the breakfast included a wonderful spread of pretty much everything you might want. The hotel is also well-located, within walking distance of great museums, El Retiro Park, and central Madrid. I would be happy to stay there again.
