Everything. We were welcomed in the most friendly and professional manner. Both Kizkitza and Ainoa gave as a great room on the 4th floor with an amazing view. The room was excellent in size, cleanliness and provided with all necessary amenities.

Amazing location, just a small walk to the beach. The breakfast is amazing, tea selection is great. Rooms are beautiful, nice size and clean. The room with the balcony is so worth it.

The front desk staff were wonderful, We had a problem with our rental car and the two young ladies at the front desk went out of their way to help.They permitted to leave the car at the front of the hotel and translated for us when the mechanic arrived. They also helped with dining plans and showed us the best ways of getting around.The door man was also very helpful
