Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms, great restaurant and large sitting room to enjoy overlooking the Plaza Mayor. Spa and indoor pool looked great but unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy. Location is fantastic. Very quiet considering it's right on the Plaza. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Very central location. Walking distance to shops and museums. A bit expensive but still affordable. Comfortable beds and friendly environment. Would recommend 10/10. A bit pricey though.

This place is special because of the location - in the very center, but with no noise from the street - the staff and the whole design and feeling. We were able to check in as soon as we arrived from the airport, although it was way earlier than the standard check-in time, breakfast is five stars and it is until 12, we had water and tea in the room. Great choice for visiting Madrid!
