If you are unable to make reservations online as we were they do save spaces on the first few gondolas for the climbers. We were able to exchange our ticket for later in the day for a very early gondola which we needed for our plans. Absolutely spectacular.
Absolutely spectacular. Will literally take your breath away when you get to the top as the air is thin - you're almost 4km above sea level at the top. The views are incredible. Strongly recommend you go in the morning to avoid the clouds as they generally roll in during the afternoon and will obscure your views. Go early or late in the day as reservations fill up very quickly. If you plan on skiing the Valle Blanche then go very early and enjoy a long day. You should visit this place only in the sunny day.
You should visit this place only in the sunny day. The place is amazing with a lots of interesting historical and engineering information. You should spend at least 3-4 hr ( up and down ).
