Staff was really friendly helpful and welcoming. It always felt like coming home from my daily tour of the city. Loved the self service coffee and tea at the lounge. Jacques and the other staff at the front desk did not hesitate to help with all our requests and provided tips on sight seeing, places of interest and booking the taxi.

The coffee was perfect. Only one thing is the function time of breakfast. for exemple: we're from Brazil. At this time we are 4 hours less Paris. With that, our jet leg was big and we arrived to have breakfast ate 10h35 and they didnt let us in, because you close ate 10h30.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable rooms with great showers! We loved the quirky decor in the hotel - it was a fabulous place to stay and would highly recommend it. The staff were absolutely lovely.
