I liked everything about the Assembly House. We have been travelling around Europe for the past few weeks and this was the nicest place we’ve stayed. The attention to detail with the furnishings and the little extras in the room was exceptional. Bed was very comfortable and staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

The George Hotel is located 12 minutes walk from Norwich City centre, where guests can visit all the city's main attractions such as the Castle, Cathedral and Chapelfield shopping centre.

Consisting of 3 Grade II listed Georgian buildings, and 2 coach houses, the hotel is situated in a pretty tree lined conservation area only a short stroll from the city centre.

Breakfast was excellent! My husband had a quick toast & coffee, but I had continental, with a freshly -cooked croissant each morning. Yum! The staff were always helpful, going out of their way to please.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, it's so easy to walk everywhere especially to the cathedral. The free city tour in a Bentley is a lovely added bonus. The staff are all lovely and friendly. Breakfast is really good and I can highly recommend the afternoon tea too. We had a lovely room in the oldest part of the hotel and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Adjacent to Norwich City Football Club, this comfortable, modern hotel is just a 10 minute drive from the city centre and train station, and 5 miles from Norwich International Airport.
