The cottage had a lovely homely feel to it and exuded cosiness. You can tell that the owners are extremely proud of their Cottage and it was immaculately clean and maintained. It is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and the shops. The local attractions, heights of Abraham, Haddon house, Bakewell and chatsworth house are all within a short drive from the cottage. The open and bright breakfast room was well designed and we enjoyed being in there. Also the landing was bright and a lovely place to relax. All the staff, which I believe to be family, were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean including the bathroom which had all that we needed.
