the room was so so spacious and nice, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was amazing, we had robes, hairdryer, great airconditioning, etc. the breakfast was phenomenal, so yummy, great service, lots of choices and even on the busy hours (between 9-10 am), -we still got seated very quickly and it wasn't too loud even though it was busy. the location was great for the reason we were there, which was attending a concert at the o2, a little far from the centre of london but there is an underground in about a 5 minute walk which was very nice! the staff was also so so very nice!! amazing service from the moment we arriced till the moment we left, everyone was so nice and they even brought the luggage to our room for us! we will definitely be staying there again!!

Amazing stay at this hotel, where the staff is amazing, welcoming and helpful. Beds are very comfy, breakfast is very good and worth it. I'm in gluten free diet and lots of options were offered. Will definitely recommend. Especially nice for family trip, next to the cable car direct fun to Greenwich. I will go again!

She was just always there ready to help in any way possible. She was the reason why our stay was so memorable and I hope that Novotel realises what a true gem she is. I liked everything about The sunborn yatch hotel. very clean, the location, hospitality, friendly staff, the amazing and delicious breakfast. and dinner The location was perfect as it is accessible to several attractions. The motel was very clean, and the Wi-Fi was very responsive. The place is exactly as it appears on the internet, it is heaven on earth, breathtakingly beautiful and I can go back again and again. God provide so that I go back for 5 nights.
