Mohamad did our check us in at the reception. He was so efficient, friendly, and welcoming. It's probably the best welcoming we have ever received in the hotel industry. Mohamad is definitely an asset to your company. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our request for a river view was granted. Great facilities, great breakfast. The staff are all very friendly. Parking is a win. Will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Glasgow. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel truly welcome. I thought this was a brilliant hotel, staff were lovely and helpful, there was a great atmosphere in the whole hotel, It had a buzz about it, but also a relaxed feel.
