We had the best welcome and the studio room we had was just perfect. The location is great. Beautifully decorated and they’ve just thought of everything.

With an unbeatable location right in the centre of the city, this hotel is one of the first choices for travellers. It is situated in 5-7 minutes walking distance from the bus station and City Hall, and 10 minutes taxi drive to the Lanyon Place train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a little misunderstanding about the exact type of the room booked, and the issue has been solved in the most professional way. Our Signature View King room was relatively spacious, and offered the promised view over the city skyline. It was handy to have a couple of bottles of complimentary water and a Nespresso machine with tabs supply. The bed deserves an extra mention - it was extremely comfortable.

Staff were very welcoming & friendly. We mentioned we were celebrating a birthday on arrival & on return from our night there was a birthday card with chocolates left in our room. Homely & cosy and the food was delicious. Will definately be back.

Really nice room. Beautiful bar and amazing dining area set in the former banks main elaborate hall.

Honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in . Staff amazing from second we walked in . Had a slight issue with a Bill been mixed up a member of the bar staff walked us through it all till it was sorted . Breakfast amazing and the servers was amazing The room was huge for the price
