Bed firmness is perfect. Rooms are large compared to most hotels/motels we have been at for comparable price. Lots of games in at the lobby area, like shuffle board, ping pong. Location is in town center near market squares, malls, streets full of interesting restaurants, specialty shops. It is near fascinating places west of London that you can visit by train or bus without having to stay at much higher priced hotels there because of the popularity of those places.

Just off the M4 Expressway, can be a easy night hault on the way to London. The moment we checked in, the friendly vibes we got right from the front office staffs uplifted our mood. The rooms were also cosy for a pleasant stay. Overall a very warm feeling for a night stay
