Simply lovely. I only picked it due to proximity to the swimming ponds so arrived with no expectations. I had a warm welcome from Joe and was made to feel very much at home from the outset. The food and service in the bar were superb. Nice touches such as the homemade cookies, fresh milk in the mini bar and premium toiletries left me feeling incredibly spoilt. I was also amazed how quiet it was - it really didn’t feel like London! Looking forward to retuning and staying a bit longer next time.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor is stunning, and the beds and rooms are very comfortable. Beautiful breakfast room with excellent food; lots of choice, and complimentary snacks, tea, and mini bar.
