A beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning historic building with an exceptional team who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a lovely stay. Hand-written welcome note in the room. Excellent communication before and during the stay, help with reservations. Beautifully appointed room, heavenly bed, plush bathrobes, great products in the bathroom. The entire property smells divine. Exceptionally quiet despite being in the heart of the city. Great breakfasts, fast internet. Secure parking nearby can be arranged for a very reasonable price. A little bit of a walk to the main sights, but with Bolt being so cheap, we just took it everywhere. Amazing cocktails in the bar. It was an oasis of peace and calm, and I would be happy to return anytime.

We visited Tbilisi not for the first time, but were extremely pleasantly surprised with our stay at Tbilisi View Hotel. As we came with a car, we also had a chance to park it just infant of the hotel, super convenient. Upon arrival we had a chance to select one of two available rooms, that gave flexibility to choose what we prefer more. The view from the hotel room is amazing, very good location and overlooking Tbilisi city. Room size is perfect and very convenient. Bathroom is clean and with necesarry toiletries. Breakfast was in a nice room with a view as well, good selection of breakfast food. Location of hotel is good, not far a way from city center (by foot) and also not far away from funiculare. And the host was super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will select the same hotel next time we will be in Tbilisi.

We stayed in this hotel 3 times during our stay of one month in Georgia. We highly recommend it. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The room rate was excellent. We stayed in Room 5 (with a small balcony) and Room 7. We liked both rooms, but we especially enjoyed room 7 because it was bigger. Rooms were cleaned daily, which was not done in other hotels we used. Bottled water was provided in the room daily. Thoughtful touches like this made this hotel an excellent choice. People working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It was one of the best breakfasts we had; there were some Georgian dishes, and the food varied somewhat from day to day. Even the breakfast room was a comfortable space. If guests are considering using a private driver during their stay, we would suggest asking the owner here for help. He drove us a few times, and he was a careful driver who provided a lot of information. His rates were very competitive. He also picked us up at the airport when we arrived at 4 a.m. Of course, there was a cost, but it certainly reduced our stress of trying to get to the hotel on our own at this time of the day. For runners who are participating in the Tbilisi Marathon (It is a Half Marathon, but organizers refer to it as a marathon. This year it was held on Sunday, October 1, 2023.), this hotel is very well located. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to the start/finish line. We were also given "food boxes" the night before because we would be up too early for breakfast; this was great, as I had some food before running.

I was highly impressed with this hotel. The cleanliness, facilities, and the quality of the breakfast were exceptional. Additionally, the location was perfect.
