Everything was perfect! Great communication with the host(he speaks good english and seems very kind and friendly), and I was able to check in one hour earlier. The room is clean and comfortable. And the whole place is just super cosy and nice. Breakfast was 10/10. There are lots of options to choose from and it's very delicious. And the view from the breakfast room is very nice too!

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the city and close to everything. The team is super friendly, especially Tamta, who was very responsive on WhatsApp. The environment is calm, and the conditions are much better than you would expect at this price.

Absolutely everything. The room was unbeatable, the hotel kitchen amazing, the location perfect, but above all the staff. They really make you feel at home !!!! I have only good words for absolutely everyone but, I would like to highlight very specially Ana and Salomé for always going out of their way to help, their knowledge of restaurants and leisure places, and their permanent smile that makes you start to love Georgians as soon as you arrive. Also Nika and of course Nino for their kindness, efficiency and friendliness. It is a pleasure to stay here. I don't know who does the staff selection in this hotel but he is a genius 😉.
