Everything was amazing. One of the best hotels we have ever been. The hospitality is wonderful. The hotel is on a walking distance (10’) from the capital. The rooms are super clean and with a great light , windows also in the toilett. The breakfast is delicious and perfect for all kind of diets. We loved this place and thanks to everyone, Costa, George, and Pannos, the Manager. They made our stay incredible and with the wish to come Back.

The hotel was just like a dream. Quality and also beautiful, the rooms are very big and comfortable. Best view in mykonos if u wanna have a santorini feeling you should come here. The staff, Manager Chronis, Agelliki, Iliana and Fotis are such kind lovely and professional people, huge thanks to them, they made my trip. Thank you all for everything. Will definitly come back as soon as possible.

Let me start with this - I'm very demanding and hard to be pleased guest. I'm giving 10's reviews very rare but this hotel leaves me no choice for anything less. Where can I start? From the moment we exit the airport a nice guy welcome us , take our suites immediately and forward us to their luxury mercedes van. /It's a complimentary both ways airport shuttle!!/ Literally no more than 10 minutes we travelled to the hotel. Meanwhile the driver gave us tips for exploring the island and stories about Mykonos. We reach the hotel and the whole staff welcome us with huge smiles and super friendly hospitality combined with nice welcome drinks. While check in process at the reception again super smile lady gives as a suggestion for a nice beaches and restaurants. We booked entry level room and it was more than enough good to us. With a nice panorama view, great furniture, fresh and light enough. We needed a quad bike for easy connection on the island and the reception once again arrange it so smooth and efficiency (a guy come and pick us and take to their office to choose whatever we like quad bike or scooter). But the first day when we didn't get yet the quad bike, we went to the beach walking and we were tired enough to go back late after so we decide to call reception and they sent us their luxury van to get us from the beach back to the hotel free (which we appreciated much) as the streets are too steep to walk. Whenever we went at the pool the staff there was always above and beyond kind and smilling. Huge respect for these boys there! The reason why I booked this hotel while there was so many choices was the all reviews and awards for hospitality that Palladium got and believe me when you go there you see why! I really enjoyed my vacation in Mykonos but the hotel itself played huge role for it. Thank you again Palladium Hotel. Please don't change!

    Port is severely understructured, lacking basic facilities and communications. > Arrive early; there are no timetables or any form of listing of incoming and outbound vessels. This is not the Port of Miami Get proper info of times, vessels, and pier from (hidden) offices. Do not trust uniformed employees, since their info may be outdated. > Dress lightly: very few indoor, air-conditioned waiting rooms, and even fewer restrooms. > Don't overhydrate: restroom access is limited, and you may have to resort to a abr or restaurant.. > Wear protected shoes: your toes will be trampled by the hordes of people and their rolling luggage. Sandals and flip-flops will get stepped on and may even get lost or damaged. > Wheeled luggage should be rugged: pavement is deplorable and ferryboat access ramps are textured to provide traction for vehicles. They will damage your luggage's wheels. Board/unboard ferries at border of access ramps, which are textured for walking people...sandpaper texture will cause less wear on your luggage. > Be ready to lift luggage: you may have to climb stairs or ramps with your luggage, depending on ferry. > Lggage placement: place it upright on the long side, so that it doesn't roll, and to avoid other people of piling their luggage on yours, if you lay it flat. > Be swift: vessels arrive, unload, load, and depart in a very short time. Vessel will be under way as you store your luggage or check in. Plan ahead so that you are in the right boat at the right time, especially if your party is numerous. Now enjoy the beautiful view and trip !
