In the Syntagma Square area we visited the Old Palace, the Monument of the Unknown Soldier, the National Garden, the Zapeion, the Zapeion Roman Baths, Hadrian's Arch, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Panathenaic Stadium and the ruins of Aristotle's Gymnasium. Great square with step up to climb to see Parliament House and the change of guards. There a side path too of you cannot inn steps. The beautiful garden are onky 5 minutes walk away. A, must see. The room has a wall of patio doors so we could see the view while lying in bed. The suite also has its own private hot tub to enjoy the view from. Excellent location — walking distance to many sights, and very close to Syntagma Square where the airport express bus stops.
