Location is perfect, peaceful, and close to rocky beaches. There is a parking space in front of the hotel. The hotel is modern, cosy, clean, and has good room size. Service in the hotel is amazing, fantastic staff, most importantly great people, pleasant, skilled and always with a smile on their face. Food, food is AMAZING! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. The staff was so helpful. The accommodation and breakfast were superb. Also a bonus is the convenient parking and easy access to beautiful walking paths. Pula is a delightful historical city to visit and we can't wait to return to Hotel Milan next year.

Hotel was brand new just opened about a month ago . Staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was basically brand new so it was clean and not worn out .I hope they will keep it up as nice and clean in the future. They welcomed us with a fruit and nuts platter in the room and various candies . Pool / sauna and steam room fantastic. Soft towels and bath robes. Book directly with them for a better price.
