The best hotel in Europe imo. The staff are exceptionally professional and nice. The food amazing and the views out of this world.

We stayed at the Royal Palm and knew right from meeting our receptionist Ana we were going to be treated very well. Her customer service skills are top notch, pleasant and warm welcoming, thank you Ana! The hotel is beautiful, gorgeous room, lobby, amenities. And the view from the room…wow! And of course the dining room and the fantastic breakfast was an added treat. Perica you and the rest of the team are amazing!
