I had asked for early check in and though not promised they had a room for us at 10am. We also needed the business center to send some urgent work documents home and the staff were beyond helpful and friendly.

United Arab EmiratesWe got a 1 bedroom suite and it was spacious and clean. We only used the executive room while waiting for our room to be ready and it was pretty and comfortable. The bathroom also was nice and clean for the most part which really takes the cake for me.

GreeceOne of the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and a stunning building with a charming garden—right across from Dublin’s central park. The bed was incredible—super comfy mattress and pillows for the perfect night’s sleep! Everything was just right for a wonderful stay in this lovely city. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to come back!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had both hot menu and continental breakfast included. Room was a little small compared to US standards. Hard to open luggage on floor due to space. But still a good choice. Only suggestion would have coffee carafe available for the early morning risers. Or a working kuerig by the front desk.
