We only stayed for 1 night because we were getting flight from Naples the following day and so only booked an economy room...still it was clean and functional. The other rooms in the hotel looked lovely. The 2 girls on reception were really friendly and helpful and the location was EXCELLENT!! Right in the heart of the historic centre of Naples. We wish we had booked a longer stay and will definitely be returning to that hotel.. Also we had a few experiences of being over charged by taxis in Naplea but the hotel will ring a taxi for you and there is a clear and standard charge so that helped! There was a great breakfast provided as well.

Everything was perfect during my stay. The room is spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed, and also very quiet. The staff was extremely friendly, always communicating to see if everything was correct with the room and giving city and restaurant recommendations. I also enjoyed all the free snacks and water bottles that were daily refreshed in my room.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service, very polite and friendly staff, and charming rooms. It’s located right in the city center, housed in a historic building that once (reportedly in the 17th century) served as the Embassy of Calabria. Inside, everything is perfectly done (modern plumbing, AC, etc.) while preserving original historic features like floors, ceilings, and doors. Very authentic! There’s also a lovely rooftop terrace with beautiful views.

Hotel was amazing, super location in the shopping area, everything was spotless, room was very spacious and comfortable overlooking the shopping street below, breakfast included a wide variety of items and suited everyone on our trip.
