Next to beach. Very lovely lady at reception. Nice breakfast at terace that has a beach view. Very spacious rooms, lobby. View from the room in fourth floor against San Marco campanile and on the other site to the Lido free beach. Bike rental. Close to interesting small airport.

If you're planning to visit Venice, and don't mind to travel a little bit further from the city, then this place is for you. It was the best and most comfortable accomodation, that I've ever stayed in. We planned a trip for three days in Venice, but wanted to stay at our rooms, that's how comfortable they were. The staff is absolutely amazing, really helpful, kind and understanding of any need you might have, the rooms are sparkling clean and the peaceful setting of St. Erasmo Island is practically to die for. The pizza we've eaten at the hotel was really the best pizza I've ever had, and for that price (8-10 euros) is practically the best price there is. I wish I could live there. Honestly. Il Lato Azurro, you have my heart forever. ❤️

The cleaning and maintenance staff did an impeccable job housekeeping and cafeteria with a standard that rival 5 Star hotels. I m very impressed with their professionalism and diligence.

great location , you can bike the island, ferry line 13 is the way to reach it takes just 30min to Venice, breakfast was adequate, rooms were modern , new, clean and spacious, owner is a perfect gentleman.
