The hotel was very conveniently located at heart of the city with walking distance to almost everywhere. We walked to Fontana Maggiore, Pozzo Etrusco (Etruscan Well), University of Perugia...The breakfast was excellent with many selections. The most impressive was the hotel SPA and swimming pool. I really appreciate the possibility of parking in the hotel garage. Excellent breakfast served on a spacious and interestingly arranged terrace. The terrace does not have a view into the distance, but it is elegantly set in the environment between the buildings of the old town.
