The main front concierge clearly spoke 4+ languages fluently and was so friendly. Also the beach near this hotel is definitely the best on ischia. The bus stop is right out front which makes getting to port of ischia easy but fiora is a bit harder (closer to an hour). You can jump into the ocean for a swim right in front of the castle but there is also a sandy beach within a five min walk. Grocery store, restaurants and shops super close as well!
