Clean and comfortable room with ac, pleasant staff. A beautiful classic hotel.

The design of the rooms are very sleek and one of the cleanest room Ive stayed in our whole europe trip. The room is spacious and all the facilities were new. Also the staff are welcoming, thoughtful and friendly. They even gave a special gift to my mom since its her birthday. Location is perfect, all the good restaurants are walking distance.

The room was spacious and totally spotless clean, the accommodation is practically new so it's extremely comfortable and cozy. The staff was soooo helpful, as we've had some issues with our flight and they were ready to support during our emergency.

The hotel has good location. Its very clean and they clean every day of our 3 days trip. Its very good for 3 nights max.

The general ambience and vibe was so lovely. It looks like those classic hotels from back in the day but the upkeep of the hotel is great. It’s well-maintained and clean and not dated unlike other “classic” hotels you see with dated rooms that aren’t even clean. I booked a small room since I was traveling solo for The Eras Tour. It had a kettle and complimentary tea/coffee and some water bottles. There’s some noise level with the rooms next to me or people walking/talking outside the hallway but nothing too bothersome and I personally wouldn’t find this a problem however I think someone else woke up to my alarm and got upset. Whoops. Haha. Bathroom was also clean and came with amenities and there was a hairdryer provided. Breakfast was good! Typical European breakfast. But the ambience was nice to wake up to especially when you’re seated near the windows. Hotel staff were very friendly and polite and helpful. They also try to initiate conversations with you. Location is great! It’s relatively safe area especially if you’re a female solo traveler. It’s right across the tram station (V.Le Certosa Via Casella) which is more or less a 40-minute ride to Duomo. It’s also walking distance to a mini Carrefour Market and McDonald’s in case you have late night cravings.
