To be honest, this is one of the best hotel I ever visited in my life

When our flight home was cancelled and rebooked 2 days later, we quickly searched for a 5 star hotel for 2 adults and 4 children. From the moment we arrived at the Radisson Palazzo Touring Club, we knew we made the right choice. The service at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. Smiling & helpful staff, unaware of our circumstances, made the check-in process one of our most memorable: offering ice cream to the kids and welcome drinks for my wife & I. We were then shown a map of Milan and given suggestions on places to visit. Our luggage was brought up to the room promptly and professionally, and the sofa bed was made up when we left the rooms for dinner, in a perfect scheduling. Our original room choices were on different floors, so they upgraded one of the rooms to place our family together. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level, that it really made us appreciate being "stuck" in Milan for 2 nights. Thank you to all the hotel staff who made this a stay we will not soon forget 🙏🏻

It is very very clean, interior is fascinating, it smells good and just feels super luxurious.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It was also very quiet — our room faced partially towards the street, so we didn’t hear any of the loud conversations or parties other guests mentioned, which seemed to be happening in the inner courtyard. We were lucky and everything went perfectly. I’d especially like to highlight the hotel staff — they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and well cared for. During breakfast, one of the staff members was particularly attentive; he kindly offered us fried eggs (which is quite unusual in Italy), and even offered us a second cup of coffee. It was a small gesture, but it showed real thoughtfulness and hospitality

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Calimala Hotel in Milan. The location is excellent, central, convenient, and perfect for exploring the city. What stood out most, however, was the hotel’s distinctive style. The interior design is elegant and daring, with bold decorative choices and an artistic flair that runs through every property corner. The rooms are beautifully designed, blending comfort with creativity. Mirrors are thoughtfully placed throughout the space, not just for aesthetics but to create an atmosphere that’s subtly seductive. There’s a refined erotic undertone that adds to the allure of the experience. It’s chic without being overdone. I also loved the striking black-and-white floor design, which gave the space a bold, graphic touch. The beautiful color of the doors from the outside added a refined pop of character that made the hallway feel just as curated as the rooms themselves. I fell in love with all the small details, from the textures and lighting to the curated art pieces and thoughtfully chosen furnishings. Every element felt intentional, contributing to an inspiring and intimate mood. Another highlight was the hotel’s location, not only is it ideal for sightseeing and shopping, but it’s also surrounded by fantastic restaurants and vibrant bars. From cozy local trattorias to stylish cocktail lounges, everything is just a short walk away. I had some of the best meals of my trip within minutes of the hotel, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable and convenient. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, striking a perfect balance between professionalism and genuine friendliness. Their attentive service added a personal touch, making the stay even more memorable. Overall, Calimala Hotel offers more than just accommodation, it’s a sensory experience that lingers well beyond check-out.
