The experience was amazing. Concierges make you feel at home and ready to help with everything, just ask. The room exceeded my expectations, cuz when reserving I thought it would be much smaller, but I ended up in a pretty reasonably sized room for a solo traveler. Housekeeping every day, old charming elevator and friendly people. The location is also very convenient with multiple tram stations around taking you to wherever you want.

Everything was more than perfect! The staff was helpful and very polite. We always had available coffee, tea, water and refreshments in our room, really important during the hot days we stayed in Milan.
