The staff was very helpful, friendly and kind. Breakfast was lovely on the rooftop and the room was spacious, had a great shower and nice toiletries. The location was perfect- close to the train station and the historic centre.

What a special place to stay. Beautiful rooms in a 16th century palazzo right in the centre of the old town, everything was thoughtful and beautifully appointed. The staff were, without exception, welcoming, warm and helpful. One of the loveliest places I have stayed in.

The staff were all charming and extremely helpful The bedroom was excellent and the breakfasts all extremely enjoyable. It was a pleasure to arrive back to the hotel after a busy day sightseeing in Lecce
