Very friendly hotel, with excellent staff. Strategic location, easy to access by ship no 1. Internally very authentic. Breakfast is much better than italian average. Room is small, as usual in Venice, but fully equiped. Heating was proper. Congrats for staff again.

Great hotel, the real hotel I’d say, compared to some others in Venice : they really care about the guest and provide you not only with a room but all necessary things for life in it. Very friendly and professional staff.

Perfect location minutes from St. Marks Square. Staff were accomodating and offered great advice to best local restaurants. Comfortable room and well equiped bathroom. Room was small but was expected due to location. Would stay there again.
