I cannot fault anything about this place. We stayed in a triple room with our 5yo and everything was perfect. The room was large with a closet and a lot of storage space. The communal gym and jacuzzi were at the back with a view of the canal, which was very nice. There are spots like comunal areas very nicely decorated around the building. The staff were superb! The breakfast has many options and you can have prosecco if you want to, there is also a machine for you to make your own waffle which is a good touch. We asked for a water taxi to go to the airport and having a private boat access on the back of the hotel was the cherry on top of the cake. Don’t look for anywhere else if you are looking for a unique and special stay. I recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Bel Sito e Berlino is opposite Santa Maria del Giglio Church, a 5-minute walk from Saint Mark’s Square. Rooms overlook the canal, the church’s façade, or the hotel's peaceful inner courtyard.

Hotel is in a great location. 50m from boat stop short walk to San Marco Square. 24 hour front desk with friendly helpful staff. Room small but comfortable and all you need. Good hot water.

Hotel Dei Dragomanni is in a residential area in Venice's historic center, just 4 bridges from Saint Mark's Square. It offers rooms with Sky TVs.

Great location, modern, comfortable and clean, the breakfast was perfect and had a variety of things. Excellent stay. The staff were wonderful and helpful. This is a highly recommended hotel.
