Amazing location. The roof top bedroom was just incredible and the jacuzzi the cherry on top of a very tasty cake. Staff is super nice and helpful.

This is an amazing hotel, right in the centre of the Old City, just 4 mins walk from the Main Street. The location couldn’t be more perfect.During my short stay, I was welcomed, and greeted by many members of the family, who are all warm, friendly, hospitable, kind, helpful and generous. I would say 5* hospitality in a genuine family hotel. I could go on……The bed was super comfortable and my room was lovely and quiet and had everything that I needed. Breakfast was good, a typical Italian breakfast. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and hope to stay again in the future. This hotel stands out because of the family that runs it. Thanks , Michele and everyone for a lovely stay.

Fantastic location with easy access to the town on foot. The room was an adventure for the kids who absolutely loved it and for the adults, the terrace bar and cocktail menu were great. Hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Secure parking on site was very useful.

We parked briefly at Piazza Italia to drop off our bags at the hotel, then parked in the lower parking garage down the hill. After taking an elevator and escalators back up the hill, we were greeted by a staff that seemed to really enjoy working at Hotel Fortuna. Our room was up to date with a pleasing mix of modern and traditional. The staff brought luggage racks on request. Cozy room with comfortable bed w/ extra blanket and a small adequate, bathroom, but missing an exhaust fan. Our towels were changed each day. There was a lovely sitting room w/ Louis XV style furniture, in keeping with the painted ceiling, outside our room. Breakfast Room: Nice and roomy. A fun, self-serve, coffee making machine that also made hot chocolate, not bad, or you could request a traditional cappuccino etc., from a very nice attendant. Among the buffet’s offerings they had some excellent cheeses, and of course pastries, tarts, cakes, savory items, fruit, yogurt, and cereal and more.

    Great location, the apartment is hidden behind the building of the University of Perugia. There is everything you need: a kitchen with a refrigerator and oven, a bathroom with warm air conditioning and a washing machine, a comfortable bed and a large closet. Even a clothes dryer and the iron. That's probably where the pluses end.

    The room had a beautiful view of Perugia and Umbria green valley. The hotel was very conveniently located at heart of the city with walking distance to almost everywhere. We walked to Fontana Maggiore, Pozzo Etrusco (Etruscan Well), University of Perugia...The breakfast was excellent with many selections. The most impressive was the hotel SPA and swimming pool. Under it's glass floor, there was Etruscan wall and part of old chamber.
