Everything was perfect from checkin to checkout! Great staff, nice onsen, art gallery, free massage chairs and a fantastic view of Lake Shoji and Mt Fuji. Right across the street from the beach.

The hotel room was traditional Japanese Ryokan; very clean and tidy. The spa was also great and walking distance to the lake and other hiking areas. I could see Mount Fuji from my window and dining hall.
