Staff was nice and helpful. Clean hotel with a bookstore vibe. Walking distance to Nagoya station. Small burgers sold in cafe are great! ReFa shower head was something.

Friendly service and the hotel looks glorious. like it’s a hotel from a novel. Room is nice and comfortable. It was my second visit in the hotel.
