the location and the service was just superb. if you are going to osaka to observe the sakura season, then this is a great location to stay in osaka. if you are visiting osaka outside of sakura season, then this location could be far from some of the main attractions.

The peaceful location by the river yet only 7 min walk from Tenmabashi station , 3 min walk to a super long stretch of shopping and eating outlets under the subway track and 25 min walk to Osaka Castle, the museum and city centre. We liked everything in this hotel! Staff was very friendly, reception area was nice and you had big lounge area where you could have drinks. Room was lovely, clean and we really enjoyed the bathtub. Would definitely stay here again!
