Loved the twin apartments that we had for our group of 8. Comfortable, modern and spotless we found this accommodation to be in a great location serving all of our needs. The amenities were super.

Where to start! This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in Japan. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They helped to receive luggge and packages, and helped us send our luggages to the following hotel. The rooms were more spacious than the usual modern hotels in Japan, and decorated immaculately. The continuous flow of baked goods, drinks at the cozy lobby made me feel like having a big living room where I could spend hours to chill after a long day of walking. We also made use of their free bike rental. It is a such great concept! I also used the laundry on the ground floor. Definitely considering staying here next time I'm in Kyoto!

Front desk Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Very clean place and quiet. Accessible to all interesting places. Wonderful breakfast selection and very nice friendly kitchen staffs.

Despite being new, the hotel looks like a traditional Japanese building and it is located in the hearth of Kyoto. The amenities are excellent, especially the SPA area. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of dishes. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and professional.
