A special shoutout to the reception staff working on Dec 1 afternoon from 2pm to 8pm. They were so kind and polite with me and my young son. They made us feel welcome to sit at the sofa area for hours while we waited for our flight after checking out. Thank you. Ours was a spacious room with adequate amenities to feel like you can make a simple meal. We got a quiet corner room for four and we didn’t hear any noise at all for five days.

This hotel was one of the best for sure. I went with my mom, dad, sis, my husband and my son. We stayed at the two bedrooms apartment and it had everything a family would ask for (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). The staffs were friendly and very helpful as well. Bonus point- my room had a laundry machine and you could ask for a pack of detergent at the front desk

    Nice appartment just a few minutes away from Ryogoku station. Really big compared to the average japanese rooms. Quite modern and complete. All the necessary ammenities are included. Good communication with the owners, we had a problem with the water heating system and it was quickly solved.
