The room was very spacious for Tokyo! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I booked this stay for my partners birthday and it felt really special. The restaurant and bar downstairs were also lovely and it's very well located for exploring Akihabara as well as other areas in Tokyo. Staff were very friendly and helped with sending luggage to our next hotel. I would stay here again.

10/10 service. front desk lady was very helpful and nice, made calls for me when i lost a bag, and did free upgrade. the room is great too, clean, rather large with washer and dryer
