We stayed there on 3 different occasions during our visit to Japan. Very convenient location, located next to the Sakai station. The rooms had a great view of the bay. One room we stayed in had a city view, which is also nice. The staff was very helpful when we wanted some help with luggage.

So incredibly accommodating and kind! Very fortunate to have been able to rest here. Luckily, the hotel is located next to a subway station so I was able to get around to famous spots easily. The room was really clean as well. However, it was a bit on the smaller side. Highly recommend for anyone considering it!

1. Located close to station ~ 3 min walk. Few restaurants adjacent to hotels. 2. Staffs were japanese, reliable on services and no worries when leaving staffs in room (some hotels in big cities are hiring more foreign staffs). 3. Convenient C/I & C/O via automatic kiosk 4. Room was spacious comparing and clean Breakfast would be cheaper if booked in advance. But, we had ABF at Komeda’s just across the small junction.

Little rooms with big impact! Thought it would be a tight squeeze with me and my partner but they offer plenty of under bed storage which is really convenient. We had seen that the beds are firm but we actually preferred this!.The breakfast buffet is simple but perfect for a quick bite before you head out. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's also wheelchair accessible and right next to a JR station!

A wonderful place to stay for three nights in Osaka. Good size room, very clean, very professional staff. 9th floor is the lobby. A 2nd floor connect to the transport station. Happy hour free drink tickets at check in were appreciated, plus small gift choices of bath salts or facial mask. Fridge n foot massager in room. Cityscape view. Comfy bedding linen. We were able to walk to a lovely peaceful shrine across the street. Nearby is Spa Suminoe, where I tried the different hot baths out one afternoon. I purchased a discount ticket to the spa at the hotel lobby desk. A difficult pair of Onitsuka Tigers for my dear grandson were tracked down successfully in Osaka due to helpful staff in 2 stores added to overall feeling of a special stay here. Everything so nice, I would stay here again if ever in Osaka.
