The facilities are beautiful and rooms are very clean. Breakfast should be rated higher! Every option was delicious but the Korean menu was outstanding. The staff was amazing too, very friendly, very accommodating and warm. The Eliena Hotel really set the bar up for the rest of my trip.

The room was spacious and very comfortable throughout the stay. Hotel location was great as it is near to the subway station (only 8min walk from hotel). A lot of food choices surrounded the hotel and all is within walking distance. All hotel staffs are very professional and always welcoming us with warm smile

As always the location of the hotel is the best. A lot of places to go in the area, so many restaurants, convenience stores are all around snd so many choices. So overall the area where the hotel is definitely the best
