Nice size room, amazing view, perfect location, comfortable beds, air conditioner, lovely staff, slippers, coffee tea facilities, nice pillows. Close to the bus stops, easy access to any location from there including 20min bus to airport, lovely shops and restaurants around, good wifi, enough tv channels. We had an amazing stay there.

In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. Fresh, new hotel. Nice views from. Convenient location in Jeju town. Good for the family getting two rooms appartment for the price of one. Highly recommend this hotel.
