The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service, the cleanliness, the rooms were very good. Also the staff were great and always helpful. A really nice lady called SANDIRA helped us to find our way round the city very quickly and gave us very good recommendations for shopping and restaurants. We used the limousine service for several hours and looked round the whole city. The value for money was fine. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lion Hotel. We booked a junior suite and it was an excellent size, with plenty of space for luggage and relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was large, equipped with a hair dryer, bath, and free toiletries. The hotel also helpfully stored our luggage while we took a side trip to Semey, which made things much easier for us. The location is convenient, close to a university with a handful of restaurants, cafés, takeaways, supermarkets, and even some parks nearby. Breakfast is included, and you can choose from a set menu — a nice touch to start the day. Overall, a very comfortable and practical place to stay, especially if you’re looking for spacious rooms and good amenities.
