It is a beautiful building with intricate details, gentle touch of Scandinavian contemporary. The best sunset view with great bar tenders, ask for Tibu the bar tender and ask Marek at the breakfast room for recommendations. I really enjoy the techno-gym equipped gym and wellness, roof top sauna overlooking the pool is astonishing.

This charming hotel is in a quiet residential area with easy access to Trams into Oslo. We loved the breakfast buffest - huge variety of very fresh hot and cold food. There are drinks available 24/7 ( tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc) and 'FIKA' cakes from 3-5pm...all included in the price of the room. Also included is an evening meal. Not a huge choice but lovely food. Given that Norway is expensive , these added extras made all the difference to our stay and budgeting. The decor in the common parts is like being in someone's house and it is so relaxing and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Fram Museum

To see the largest wooden ship ever built, head to the Fram Museum. At this incredible spot, you can board the ship that still holds the records for sailing farthest north and farthest south. There's even a polar simulator that gives you a taste of the dangers of travelling to the Artic and Antarctic hundreds of years ago.

Set in an interesting location and modern building, tells the story of the famous expedition ship and consequently the explorers Nanssen and Amundsen and their Arctic and Antarctic voyages. Can get very busy. If you access it by the ferry from the harbour you get the advantage of good views and a short boat trip for a reasonable fare.

This is a monument to the times when men were real men, facing incredible difficulties and risks to advance humankind. Leave 3-4 hours for this pearl, and don't forget that there are 2 boats and 1 floatplane to get excited about. Great and affordable souvenir shop with lots of unique items.

✔️The accommodation itself is not bad, but I felt slightly misled by the photos on the website. ✔️The room was equipped with a smart TV, stovetop with hood, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, and glasses. ✔️It’s about a 10-minute walk from the train station. ✔️Entry is based on access codes, both for the hotel and the room. ✔️Quick walking access to the city center. ✔️Easy access to Bygdøy (where the Fram Museum, Viking Ship Museum, and Kon-Tiki Museum are located) with bus 30.
