King room was stunning with sitting/dining area, huge secluded balcony.Responsive, friendly staff. Sauna and hot tub area lovely. I had 2 massages at the spa, both excellent. Room service menu expansive and included healthy options. Location right on the quay.

had everything we needed, spacious, good view and it was clean. breakfast served as part of our package deal was wonderful, and the location of the building was super close to everything we wanted to go to which was really convenient. staff were helpful and friendly.

From the check-in counter, to room service, to valet parking, the staff was pleasant and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was perfect. Special mention for the meat served at the Grill, the hotel restaurant where our dinner was exceptional.

Exactly how on photos. Very modern and stylish rooms. Convenient location for walking in city center. Big supermarket Woolworths is close to the hotel. Delicious Italian restaurant for lunch and dinner on the ground floor. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel
