Perfect location, excellent choice of food for breakfast, maybe was missing some cake or dessert, but not important. Room was very comfortable and had best bed and pillow! Sound insulation was perfect :)

The location was perfect. Across the road from the train station and mall. It made travelling around Krakow very easy. And it was a 10 minute walk to old town. The room was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom was small, but functioned well in the space. We loved staying here and will be back for sure.

The room was fantastic. Really good value. Beautifully quiet considering its location in the old town. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!

Founded in 1834, the Pollera is conveniently located within Cracow’s Old Town. St Mary’s Basilica and the Main Market are only 300 metres away from the hotel.

The location of the hotel, near Krakow central station and also the old town, is best. And the building is old so I could enjoy the atmosphere like of Krakow city. I’m really satisfied with the stay and I’d love to come back here.
