One of the friendliest, familiar hotel whenever we visited. Simply, we felt ourselves at home! What we liked extremely, the flexibility of the team. Even the laundry service is officially 48 hours, but as we had only 2 nights here, the staff managed the shorter laundry time. The breakfast was one of the best in Portugal, if not the best one! Parking is possible, opposite to the hotel there is a guarded parking place, but I guess reservation in advamce is needed.

Excellent place to stay. Great customer care, hardworking staff always ready to assist. Very high level of cleaness in the room and very clean hotel overall. Excellent breakfast with attention to the details. High quality food and customer focused staff. Very close to metro station for access to the centre of the city. Would definitely stay again next time. Highly recommended.

Staff was "WOW" and the hotel was excellent!! Centrally located, breakfast was also excellent!! Will be using "Casual" definitely in the future!! Highly recommend this. I have used booking many times and this accommodation was hands down the best I've experienced with booking.com
